We’re Engaged!

So a quick blog to bring you up-to-date over New Year’s Eve – Michael proposed to me at midnight last night and we are now engaged! It’s all very exciting, although no plans for the wedding yet.

I’m still in shock at it; it hasn’t fully sunk in yet, and I don’t know how long it will take to do so, but all I know is that I’m ecstatic!

Also, this is a new layout, in commemoration of one of the best days of my life – 01/01/07, the day of our engagement!

UPDATE: Here’s the ring! The engagement one is the bottom one, the one with the amethyst is my promise ring that Michael gave me on our 1st year anniversary together. For the wedding ring, we’re planning on just a plain gold band the same width as the engagement ring to go above the promise ring :)
