I’ve finished the scarf that I started over 12 months ago! Obviously it’s not finished in this following picture, but I finished it very soon after taking it:

I’m now onto making a set of fingerless gloves. I’m about halfway through the first glove – shall let you all know and post pictures when the first one is complete!

I started this beanie/hat/thing last night, at about 12:30pm, after finding my yarn and needles in a box that we’d brought around from the storage shed. I found a pattern here and decided it sounded simple enough (and it really was!). This is the FIRST knitting project that I’ve actually completed – I’ve started many others but they’ve either sat unfinished or I’ve pulled them apart.

I LOVE IT!

Now, I only need to finish my scarf I started nearly 12 months ago, and I’ll be ready for winter!
